Hans Herrmann was a German racing driver whose career spanned Formula One, sports cars, and endurance racing. Partnered with Richard Attwood, he won the 1970 24 Hours of Le Mans outright in a JW Automotive Porsche 917K — Porsche’s first overall victory at the event — and retired from racing immediately afterward.
